Class 6A
The top four teams in the Class 6A poll rolled to victories last week, while we have a change in the No. 5 spot. Gardner-Edgerton re-enters the poll after a 35-14 win over previous No. 5 Lawrence Free State. This week’s major showdown features No. 2 Derby at No. 4 Maize.
Class 5A
There is all kinds of shakeup in this week’s 5A poll as three ranked teams lost last week. The constants are top-ranked Kapaun Mt. Carmel and No. 2 St. James Academy. Class 4A
There is some movement in the 4A poll for the first time in a couple of weeks as previous No. 3 Eudora dropped a 14-0 decision at home to Tonganoxie. Who replaces the Cardinals in this week’s poll? Find out at the link below!
Class 3A
Andale picked up consecutive win No. 29 with a 60-21 decision at Wellington. There is some movement in the 3A poll this week as previous No. 4 Jefferson West dropped a 55-21 decision against 2A No. 2 Silver Lake. Find out the 3A changes at the link below.
Class 2A
No changes in this week’s 2A poll as all five teams were victorious in Week 3. Southeast of Saline picked up its 51st consecutive regular-season victory by defeating Ellsworth, 48-9. The Trojans are expected to have a more stern challenge this week when they visit Marysville.
Class 1A
The No. 1 versus No. 2 showdown went the way of the defending champs as Sterling knocked out Inman, 35-12. The Black Bears used a steady ground game and a game-changing, 89-yard pick-six by Landon Aguilera to take control. Rossville also dropped a close 20-15 decision to Riley County. Class 8M-I
In 8-Man, Division I, there are no changes this week as most of the top five cruised to easy victories. Third-ranked Leoti-Wichita County picked up a quality 64-44 win at Division II contender Dighton. Click on the Rankings tab to find out the complete results of this week’s poll.
Class 8M-II

Class 6-Man
Top-ranked Weskan met Marais des Cygnes Valley in a game played at Chase with the Coyotes coming out on top, 62-14. Fifth-ranked Otis-Bison survived a scare scoring late to beat Logan, 52-48. See how that result impacted this week’s 6-Man top five.
