Class 6A
There is no movement in this week’s 6A poll as No. 1 Gardner-Edgerton passed a big road test at Lawernce with a 35-6 win. Elsewhere, No. 5 Manhattan won the Silver Trophy over rival Junction City, 38-7. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.
Class 5A
Top-ranked Kapaun Mt. Carmel beat rival Bishop Carroll for the first time since 1999 with a 49-20 win at Wichita’s Riverfront Stadium. Elsewhere, Blue Valley Southwest won a high-scoring shootout with Blue Valley Northwest, 62-42. See how this week’s poll shakes out at the link below.
Class 4A
Top-ranked Bishop Miege won the battle with No. 2 St. Thomas Aquinas, 19-7, in a defensive struggle. The Stags used a blocked punt to set up a score and returned an interception for another touchdown. Meanwhile, Louisburg outlasted Tonganoxie 30-29 in a matchup of No. 3 versus No. 4. Class 3A
Top-ranked Andale extended its nation-leading win streak to 57 consecutive games with a 28-7 win over then No. 4 Wichita Collegiate. This week, Andale takes on No. 2 Cheney in the marquee game in the state. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.
Class 2A
The Top 5 also remains the same in Class 2A poll again this week. Top-ranked Nemaha Central posted a fifth consecutive shutout with a 24-0 road win at Minneapolis. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.
Class 1A
We have a lot of shakeup in this week’s Class 1A poll. Last week’s No. 2 Centralia dropped a 35-6 decision at home to Garden Plain. Elsewhere, No. 3 Jefferson County North lost 34-18 to defending 1A champion St. Marys. See how this week’s poll shakes out at the link below.

Class 8M-I
In 8-Man, Division I, top-ranked Leoti-Wichita County outlasted then No. 3 Meade, 66-32. Meanwhile, second-ranked Lyndon edged Chase County 38-34 in a game that featured eight lead changes. A new team enters this week’s poll, find out who at the link below.
Class 8M-II

Class 6-Man
