Class 6A

The battle of No. 1 versus No. 2 went the way of the top-ranked Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazers who held off Olathe North, 21-14. Gardner-Edgerton has another test this week at Lawrence.  See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.

Class 5A

Defending champion Mill Valley rebounded from the loss to Gardner-Edgerton in a big way – a 77-21 rout of Olathe South. This week, Kapaun Mt. Carmel takes on rival Bishop Carroll and No. 3 Blue Valley Southwest till take on Blue Valley Northwest.  See how this week’s poll shakes out at the link below.

Class 4A

For the second consecutive week, Missouri-power Rockhurst knocked off one of Kansas’ top-two teams. Second-ranked St. Thomas Aquinas led Rockhurst 28-0 before the Hawklets rallied for a 45-44 overtime win. This week is highlighted with No. 1 Bishop Miege traveling to No. 2 Aquinas and No. 3 Louisburg traveling to No. 4 Tonganoxie. Find out more about this week’s 4A poll comes in at the link below.

Class 3A

The Top 5 again remains the same in Class 3A this week despite No. 5 Clay Center’s close loss to 2A-ranked Southeast of Saline. The Tigers edge out Wellsville for the fifth spot this week. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.

Class 2A

The Top 5 also remains the same in Class 2A poll again this week. Fourth-ranked Southeast of Saline picked up an impressive 22-17 win at 3A No. 5 Clay Center. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.

Class 1A

Second-ranked Centralia won the battle of unbeaten teams by pulling away from Jackson Heights, 48-12. Maveryk Becker and Jacob Flentie were exceptional for the Panther offense. See the remainder of last week’s results and this week’s matchups at the link below.

Class 8M-I

In 8-Man, Division I, second-ranked Lyndon picked up a big district win by beating previously-unbeaten Madison, 66-16. The Tigers get another test against Chase County this week. Class 8M-II

The Division II rankings remain unchanged this week as four teams rolled to big victories and No. 3 Victoria did not play. Class 6-Man

The top five in Class 6-Man remain the same this week. Fourth-ranked Waverly won the Kpreps Game of the Week by outscoring previously-unbeaten Chetopa, 55-20. The Bulldogs forced four turnovers in the game. See results from the remainder of the ranked teams at the link below.
