An athlete is only as strong as their weakest link. Dynamic Athletics specializes in identifying an athlete’s weak links, developing programs that strengthen these areas of weakness, and tracking progress using our revolutionary technology. Our performance training systems go far beyond traditional training models by implementing methods based on the most current exercise science. Whether an athlete needs to become bigger, faster or stronger, we can help.

Training

Our approach to strength training is to mitigate injury or rehab from injury by achieving structural balance, which means muscle groups are in balance with other muscle groups. Our approach to training is based upon the principle that in order for a training program to yield results the logic behind the training program must be thoroughly understood and targeted to a specific goal.

Trainers at Dynamic Athletics have exercise science backgrounds, which we rely on to develop athlete-specific training programs. Programs are diligently customized so that the appropriate exercises are performed in the proper sequence in order to maximize results. We pay particular attention to current and previous injuries and aim for structural balance in all athletes.

We have a thorough understanding of how to properly manipulate reps, sets, rest intervals and lifting tempo to maximize a training program. Our training systems are safe, effective and designed to prevent injury.

Training Packages

Our training services include a pre-screening with our cutting edge motion capture system to detect weaknesses anywhere in the body. The information obtained from the screening provides the framework for the design of the training program.

The workouts are specifically designed to improve performance by targeting the weaknesses that are physically keeping an athlete from performing at their best. Our workout protocols are progressive and broken into different phases (periodization) with each 3-4 week block building upon the progress made in the previous phase.

Our training protocols range between 9-12 weeks in duration to ensure the detected weaknesses have been thoroughly addressed. At the conclusion of the training period the athlete will then have a post-screening to show the improvements made with our training.

We offer one-on-one training, small group (3-5 athletes) training or team training packages.

Program Design

We also offer training programs that athletes can follow on their own following their pre-screening. Our screenings are critical to the success of a training program because they provide the basis from which training should begin.

The programs are provided on an easy to follow template to be filled in by the athlete. When each 3-4 week phase of training is complete the athlete then submits the template to us for progress to be assessed.

Keeping detailed and accurate records of the loads used and reps completed provides important feedback on how the next phase of training should progress. A videoconference to provide the athlete or coach with feedback on the completed phases of training and how to proceed with training will also be provided.

Program Design Consulting

As strength and conditioning has become more accepted as a profession, sports medicine professionals, coaches and athletes have realized the importance of a scientifically sound strength-training program. Because many high school athletic programs do not have a full-time strength and conditioning coach Dynamic Athletics offers strength-training program design consulting.

Our consultations provide coaches with the ability to identify team-wide weaknesses and the tools necessary to develop an effective strength and conditioning program that maximizes performance while decreasing chances of injury.

Coaches from teams interested in program design consultations will also have unlimited access to Dynamic Athletics staff to answer any questions that arise during the training process.

Weight Room Design & Equipment Consulting

Identifying the proper equipment needed for an injury preventing/performance-based weight room can be a daunting task. Through our experience working with a variety of clientele - everyone from professional and collegiate athletes to weekend warriors - we have identified certain areas of the body that are weak across all populations.

This unique perspective coupled with our specialization in biomechanics and exercise science provides us with the knowledge and experience needed to properly equip a weight-room to increase performance and decrease incidences of injury.

Nutritional Consulting

Eating for performance is a crucial part of any performance-based training regimen. Our nutrition programs are evidence-based and designed to increase muscle mass and energy levels while simultaneously decreasing body fat.

Eliminating food shown to have poor nutritional value and replacing it with nutritious food enhances an athlete’s ability to perform and recover by ensuring they are getting the necessary nutrients. Proper nutrition is vital for ensuring every biological process is operating at maximum efficiency.

Supplement Consultation

Proper supplementation is also important when training to improve performance. Our supplementation protocols are designed to increase the essential nutrients athletes need for proper health and nutrition.

Having an athlete’s blood work done and hormone profile built is the safest and most effective way of determining what supplements are needed but can be expensive. Therefore we can provide information on what supplements are needed for general health and what supplements can potentially have adverse effects on an athlete’s health.
