Conway Springs’ victory over #5 Garden Plain coupled with Silver Lake’s loss to Louisburg means that the Cardinals are the new #1 ranked team in Class 3A.
The rest of our rankings remained relatively quiet as just two new teams entered the Kpreps.com polls this week.
The Blue Valley Tigers are now ranked fifth in Class 5A after their 28-13 win over then #5 Bishop Miege. The loss marked the second straight for the Stags who fell to #2 Gardner-Edgerton the week prior, and who will face #4 St. Thomas Aquinas in week five.
Centre-Lost Springs enters our 8 Man Division II rankings at the #5 spot after their 56-8 win over White City. South Barber previously held that position, but fell 37-2 to the top ranked team in 8 Man Division I, Pretty Prairie.
