The 2012 issue of Kansas Pregame is on the stands, at least partially. The state's only comprehensive preseason high school and college football magazine is distributed free through the hundreds of sponsors that advertise their business or organization annually. "Distribution began Wednesday with portions of western Kansas, including Hays, Victoria, Downs, Glen Elder and a few other small towns first to receive their copies," publisher John Baetz said. "We use a combination of delivery drivers and direct shipping to get the publication out to the advertisers for free distribution and it takes a bit longer, but allows us to control costs and ensure interaction with as many of the sponsors as possible. We like to see them so we can thank them for making the magazine possible."
Baetz said he expects distribution to continue through the end of next week and followers of Kansas Pregame and Kpreps.com on Facebook and Twitter will be able to find frequent distribution updates.
